Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted,damaged or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been delivered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims considered an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at: (sales@redclownclothing.com) include: your order number, tracking number, product problem description and images of the damaged or defective product. 

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer – Please contact us before you return any product. After your product has been delivered, you will have 5 business days to request a refund or size exchange. (Verify our size chart before placing an order). All return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

The product to be returned, must be new and clean, shouldn’t have been, washed or damaged.
